plus-icon Does the jewellery come with a warranty?

As standard all jewellery purchased through Stone Lab comes with a 3 year UK warranty and 2 year international warranty. We offer two extensions at a cost. These being 5 years and 10 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is subject to certain conditions. Please view our warranty page for further information.

plus-icon Do you provide an insurance valuation with a purchase?

All purchases from customers located in the United Kingdom will receive an insurance valuation. As the valuations we provide are in GBP £, we are not able to offer valuations to customers located outside the United Kingdom at this time.

We are an online only and don’t currently have any locations for a visit.

plus-icon Do you provide aftercare on your products?

Cleaning and Checkups are always free and can be done as often as twice a year. There is never any charge for these services however there would be a small charge for delivery back to you.

plus-icon I’ve got scratches on my jewellery; can it be polished?

Yes absolutely, the charge would depend the type of jewellery. For example a ring would cost £60 to polish and there would be a £10 return delivery charge.
