How are lab grown diamonds made?

Lab grown diamonds are made using specialist laboratory equipment with high pressures, high temperatures and gasses to produce a diamond.

Why are lab grown diamonds cheaper?

These diamonds can be made 20 to 30 at a time and take just a few weeks in manufacturing time. They have none of the high mining costs and much fewer of the middle men that would be associated with natural diamonds.

Is there any mining invlovled?

No there isn’t. these diamonds are made using lab equipment.

Why should I go for a lab grown diamond?

Lab diamonds are all around a good choice. They are better value, they are more eco and the look the same and are just as hard as natural mined diamonds.

Who makes your lab grown diamonds?

Our diamonds are grown in India.

What is the delivery time on your jewellery?

All jewellery unless in our ready to wear section is made in 4-5 weeks. If you need it quicker just let us know and we can see if that’s possible. Jewellery in our ready to wear collection is usually dispatched within 48 working hours, UK delivery is usually next day and worldwide delivery is 2-5 days.

Do you make your own jewellery?

Yes we do, we have full control over the manufacturing of our own jewellery and because of this we can keep an eye on the quality to ensure consistently high quality products.

Can you custom make a design with a lab diamond or moissanite?

What is the difference between lab grown diamond and moissanite?

One is a man-made diamond and a moissanite is polished silicon carbide. The optical properties of lab grown diamond are the same as natural diamond and the optical properties of moissanite are not quite as good as a diamond.
